DESCRIPTION:In partnership with Active Stirling\, join us for free\, fun\, and inclusive sports sessions for children aged 4–12. Led by experienced Active Stirling coaches\, these sessions are designed for children with additional support needs or disabilities. While these sessions are aimed primarily at children with a disability or additional support need\, siblings are welcome to attend. DESCRIPTION:Self-Directed Support (SDS) Forth Valley offers friendly\, independent advice on getting a support package through your local Health and Social Care Partnership. \nSDS Forth Valley runs information sessions at Stirling Carers Centre every other Thursday. DESCRIPTION:Stirling Sunshine Singers is our dementia-friendly singing group\, in partnership with The Albert Halls. This relaxed and supportive space is for anyone who enjoys a sing-along\, particularly people living with dementia and their loved ones. \nLed by Jo Miller\, an experienced community musician\, the group has a lovely time singing a wide range of songs and sharing memories together. Come along and join us on Thursdays! \nAll participants with dementia must be accompanied by their Carer unless they can participate independently with no notable care needs.
